Clause 10 - Establishment.
The Council consists of at least:
a) Director (Head of the Council)
b) Secretary (made while Secretary of the Board)
c) Two members and one alternate representatives of teachers elected by their peers.
d) Two members and one alternate representatives of students elected by their peers.
e) be invited to the Bank Convenient to attend meetings with two representatives.
Art. 11 ° - Roles and Responsibilities.
- Advises the Director in all aspects that make the operation of the FESS.
- Combines criteria that allow the harmonious coexistence of all CENS community as well as the proposed instruments applicable to conflict situations.
- Assists in coordinating the participation of the educational community in the development of Institutional Planning and Participatory Living Act.
- Collaborate with management Census in the assessment of compliance with the objectives and activities outlined in the Annual Institutional Participatory Planning.
- Analyze aspects related to the implementation of the rules of coexistence, in situations contrary to the provisions in them, produced by any member of the community.
- Determine sanctions to students.
- Proposes and implement criteria for establishing relationships with community institutions, whether for education, research, production, social, cultural, commercial, sporting, etc.
- Decide on the cases of students not meeting the 75% attendance in one or more subjects, but they reach at least 60%, determining the approval of the same or permitting their presence in remedial courses in December or March, depending on the final mark obtained.
Article 12 - Mechanisms of Formation and Operation.
a) The Council may meet with the presence of 2 / 3 of the members, as subparagraphs of Article 11 of these Regulations (a, b, e and d)
b) must meet at least three times per school year to call the Director or by express request of its members.
c) The representatives of teachers and students are elected by secret ballot of the respective pairs. It will select two (2) representatives and up to two alternates.
d) Teachers must have a length of at least one year in the establishment at the time of postulates, except that the date of creation of the CENS or seniority of teachers prevent compliance with this requirement.
e) Students must belong to the second or third cycle at the time of nomination, and magazines in the category of regular student.
f) The Authority appoints its representatives convinient.
g) The mandate of the representatives have a duration of one year and may be reappointed.
